OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or Giveaway (the “Promotion”), participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the judges which shall be final and binding as to all matters concerning this Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: THIS PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18 AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES.
To enter, participants must complete and submit the entry form on the website at www.jessicasimpson.com. No other form of entry is valid.
Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time, was or is a director, officer, or employee of With You LLC, or its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion; and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, in-laws) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. This promotion is Void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
PROMOTION PERIOD: Starting at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PST) and ending at 11:59:59 PM PST on the dates indicated (the "Promotion Period"). Entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

PROMOTION ENTRY: During the Promotion Period, an entry form is available online at www.jessicasimpson.com, where you may register during the Promotion Period by entering your true and correct information on the Registration Page (required fields include first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), email address, date of birth and signature) and click "submit.” Upon completion of online registration participants will be credited with one (1) Promotion entry. Limit on online entries: one (1) Promotion entry per person per day. For purposes of this Promotion, a day shall mean a 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:00 AM EST and ending at 11:59:59 PM EST. Entrants are solely responsible for Sponsor’s receipt of entry. Any attempt by any person to obtain more that one online entry per day, e.g., by use of aliases and/or alternative e-mail addresses, or any other method, will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. Use of robotic, automated, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries and the person(s) responsible shall be disqualified.
An additional alternative method of entry is by direct mail. Participants may secure an entry form from Sponsor by sending a self-addressed, stamped return envelope with sufficient first-class postage to Promotion, c/o With You LLC, 14556 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, delayed, late, misdirected, damaged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, postage-due or otherwise defective entries, which shall be ineligible.
All entries become the property of Sponsor, who will neither acknowledge nor return them. Neither Sponsor nor its agents will accept correspondence or telephone inquiries regarding the status of entries or the administration of this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion should the online component of the Promotion be corrupted by a virus or human intervention or is otherwise technically impaired, or should an unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond its control affect administration, proper play or conduct of the Promotion.
SPONSOR’S E-MAIL LIST: By participating, entrants will automatically be added to Sponsor’s mailing list and e-mail distribution list. For information on how to opt-off of such lists, participants should mail a request to Opt-off, c/o With You LLC, 14556 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, or send an email to info@jessicasimpson.com. Opting-off of such lists will not affect a participant’s chances of winning.
RANDOM PROMOTION DRAWING: The random drawing will be held in the offices of Sponsor in Sherman Oaks, CA on the date specified at approximately 2:00:00 PM PST.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The person whose entry is drawn will be eligible to win the prize, subject to verification of eligibility under these Official Rules.
PRIZE: The prize (or prizes in the event of multiple prizes for a particular Pormotion) will be as specified.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are non-assignable, non-transferable, non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitutions may be made, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prizes (or portions thereof) with prizes of comparable or greater value. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. All prize details, including the brands and specifications of the products that will be awarded, will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and other costs and expenses associated with prize receipt and use not specified herein as being provided. Prizes will only be awarded to verified Winners.
WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE AWARD: The potential winner will be contacted by telephone, U.S. mail and/or e-mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release. If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible, declines to accept the prize, or in the event that the prize confirmation or prize is returned undeliverable, or Sponsor is unable to contact the potential Winner within a reasonable time period, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be selected for the prize at issue. Potential Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
WINNER’S LIST: To obtain a list of winners, available after any drawing, visit the website at www.jessicasimpson.com or send a self-addressed, stamped business size return envelope to WINNERS c/o With You LLC, 14556 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. Mailed requests for Winner identities must be received no later than three (3) months after the applicable drawing.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering: (a) participants agree that Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and web masters/suppliers, all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents are indemnified, released and will be held harmless by participants from liability, for any damages, injuries or losses of any kind to person(s), including death, or property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or his/her participation in this Promotion; and (b) Winners grant (and agree to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority the right to use Winner’s name, photograph, voice, image, statements and biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and/or World Wide Web, without review, notification, approval or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
DISPUTES: Each participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of California; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and/or consequential damages, and/or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules and Regulations, or the rights and obligations of participants and the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
