STANDARD POLICY: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange it for a new item within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. You can start your return here.
Items must be shipped within 28 days of receiving your return shipping label. Items sent after 28 days will not be accepted. Please note, you must use our return portal to return your items. Items returned without using our portal will not be accepted.
Return Labels: We provide these labels to you via email or browser download if your product is eligible. You can start your return here. All returns are charged a $8.99 restocking fee. If it is agreed that your product was damaged before arriving to you, we will refund you that restocking fee. Once you have created a return label, you must mail that package within 28 days.
Shoes: Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. A $10-$20 fee is charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
Clothing: Must be returned unworn and with the original tags on the garment.
Swimwear: Must be returned in original condition with tags attached and must also have the sanitary liner.
Sunglasses: Must be returned unworn and in the original pouch.
Watches: Must be returned in original condition and in the original box.
Jewelry: Must be returned in original condition with original tags.
Handbags: Must be returned unused, and in resale condition with tags attached.
Home Goods: Must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and in resale condition with tags attached.
Final Sale Items: We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for final sale items. No exceptions. Additional discounts cannot be used on final sale items.
Gift Cards: We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for gift cards.
Damaged Items: Any items returned in damaged condition will be subject to inspection. If the item was damaged before arriving to you, we will send you a new one. If deemed to have been worn or damaged by you, the customer, we will not replace the product or refund your order.

Please include the original packing slip in the box when you return it.
We offer free exchanges. An exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. You can exchange your item for the same style in a different size & color or you can purchase an entirely different style. If your new purchase costs more than the exchange, you will be charged the difference during the exchange process. Your new item(s) will not ship until your return package has been scanned in by the Post Office. You can start your exchange here.
RETURNING A GIFT
If you received a gift purchased at JessicaSimpson.com, we can still help you find the original order so you can discreetly exchange it for another size, color or style. Go to returns.jessicasimpson.com and find the sentence “Returning A Gift”, then click on “Start Here”. We will ask you to fill out a form of what you know about the gift so we can discreetly find the original order for you. You can start your gift exchange here.
Unfortunately we do not provide cancellations.
RETAIL STORE PURCHASES
We do not accept returns on any items purchased from another retail store. Please contact the customer service of the retailer from where you purchased your item.
Your return will be inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt.
If in acceptable condition, a credit will be automatically issued back to your original form of payment in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from jessicasimpson.com once the refund has been issued. It can take 5-10 business days from that point for your bank to process the refund back to you.
If you are returning an item purchased with a digital gift card, the original gift card will be credited the amount of the return.
A $8.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your eligible refund amount. To receive your refund, your return request must be processed within 14 days of receipt and mailed within 28 days of receiving the return label.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. It is typical for the refund to take 5-10 days to be refunded by your bank.
