The extreme heel height is offset by the platform, but the platform is maybe not high enough so the arch is pretty extreme. After a little bit it can become somewhat uncomfortable. But even with that, I love these! Would definitely buy again if they were offered in non-snake solid colors (Red, Blue, Black, White, etc... all would be great!)

The design is beautiful. The shoes are stunningly sexy on my feet.
You may want to consider a half size down if you have small, narrow feet. I’m usually a size 6. The 5.5 was a better fit.
The silvery leather in the toe well can be slippery. Consider adding a non slip pad for added comfort.
