Meals I Can Make: Pink Pomegranate Rose Latte

Hello Spring! The weather is finally beginning to feel bright and cheery. We love mixing up our morning coffee with this Pink Pomegranate Rose Latte. It's caffeine-free, but for those of us that need more pep in our morning step, add a shot of espresso (or two!).

Pink Pomegranate Rose Latte

This pink latte is like Spring in a cup! It’s also a great source of superfoods, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The recipe includes pomegranate powder, which is a great source of vitamins C & K, folate and potassium. It’s also anti-inflammatory and great for our skin. There is also beet powder, which provides fiber, magnesium and iron and can be beneficial for digestion. You can purchase the pomegranate and beet powders online or at your local health foods store.

This latte is caffeine-free, however, you can add in a shot of coffee or espresso if you’d like.

Makes: 2 pink lattes

2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond or oat milk (or your favorite milk)
