Free shipping on orders over $100 — or anytime you're a VIP. All other orders ship for a flat $10.

• Ground Shipping — $10 flat rate, free over $100
• 2nd Day Air — Available for clothing items only
• Luggage — $20 flat rate for carry-ons; $35 for sets

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Not in love with it? Return within 14 days of receipt for a refund or free exchange. View Our Return Policy

• Free returns — Add the $3.98 "Free Return" option at checkout to cover all return shipments on your order
• Standard returns — $12 return handling fee + $8.99 restocking fee deducted from refund
• Exchanges are always free — swap for a different size, color, or style
• Damaged on arrival? We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box. Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
