Snackle Box: Ultimate Snack Hack this Summer
Hey y’all! Today I am sharing one of my favorite mama hacks that’s saved my sanity on park days, camping trips, and those “we’re just running out real quick” moments that somehow turn into all-day adventures.
Two words: Snackle. Box.
A Snackle Box is like a tackle box, but instead of worms and fishing things, it’s filled with toddler-friendly snacks. It’s portable, adorable, and makes snack time feel like a treasure hunt.
What You Need:
- One plastic tackle box or craft organizer (the kind with compartments and a snap lid – bonus if it’s cute)
- An assortment of your toddler’s favorite bite-sized snacks
Our Fave Fillers:
I like to mix up healthy and fun – because life’s about balance, right?
- Teddy Grahams 🧸
- Baby carrots (cut small!) 🥕
- Mini cheese cubes 🧀
- Dried fruit or yogurt-covered raisins 🍇
- Goldfish crackers (the classic, duh) 🐟
- Grapes, halved (safety first!) 🍇
- Cereal bites like Cheerios or puffed rice 🌾
- Mini turkey roll-ups 🥓
- Popcorn (for older toddlers!) 🍿
Perfect for:
- Park picnics
- Camping trips
- Long car rides
Bonus tip: Have your child help you pick the snacks and pack it with you!
