I needed something classy, durable, pretty, and that doesn't fold when empty. I respect that it has regular handles as well as the chain ones. I like the inside. I like that it's Not divided in half fir the laptop and Can feet a pair of heels. I like the multicolor. I like that it doesn't scratch.
